Our fundamental Jiu-Jitsu classes are for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced students. Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses mainly on grappling and ground fighting. It is a practical form of self-defence because it teaches smaller people how to control and subdue larger people. We teach both Gi and No-Gi classes every week, so there’s something for everyone.
