Deadlift workshop photos

What an awesome day of deadlifting we had in the gym today. Head strength coach Shane Greenwood ran a great workshop breaking down the deadlift, explaining the correct techniques and coaching all participants through some conventional and sumo deadlifts. The team catered for all levels of lifters and everyone walked out of there with a better understanding and some things to think about – tighter technique & ways to vary our lifting.
