Ladies Kickboxing class + Timetable changes.

Exciting news for the ladies, we have added a dedicated ladies kickboxing class on Thursday nights from 7-8pm. The kickboxing class will cover the technical kickboxing skills that we teach, but will also focus on a good fitness workout and self defence for women.

Dragon Fist Freestyle classes have moved to a new time of 7-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

No rest for Jono after his last win in Penrith, he’s looking to make it four in a row when he fights for the NSW Amateur State Title (K-1 rules). Jake Jones is also fighting on the card this Friday at the Bellevue Hotel, Bankstown. Good luck to the boys, get along and show your support.

Proud Warrior Productions are back in the shire (Sharkie’s Leagues Club, Cronulla) on Friday February 24. Our own Ben Lewis is on the card (and VERY hungry for a win) as well as Manny Rodriguez, Ryan Mathews and Richie Vaculik. Another strong showing from Double Dragon & TP Fight Team.
