Double Dragon, established in 1983, is a Martial Arts Gymnasium located in Sydney, Australia.
Sifu Mick Spinks opened this modern centre at 55 East Parade, Sutherland in 1998. This Centre offers an up to date training facility with a wide range of programs for Beginners to Advanced, Competition fighters and Instructors.
We specialise in teaching a variety of styles, including Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Arnis Kali, Boxing and our own Dragon Fist Freestyle.
All classes and systems have graded curriculum with realistic skill and fitness goals associated with them.
Double Dragon Instructors are accredited under the Governments National Coaching Accreditation Scheme that ensures they have an understanding of safe up to date training principles. Sifu Mick Spinks has completed his level 2 N.C.A.S. Coaching Certificate.
Double Dragon is a member of the Australian Kung Fu (Wu Shu) Federation (AKWF) and the Martial Arts Industry Assosciation (MAIA).
